Spatial audio comes to Apple Music

Apple, during the WWDC 2021 that has just ended, announced a big news for all Apple Music subscribers: Space Audio is coming.

Apple Music is poised to embrace Space Audio after WWDC. Briefly mentioned during the WWDC 2021 keynote, Apple is enabling Spatial Audio in Apple Music. We remind you that the function was announced on May 17 together with Lossless Audio.

Apple he has declared that thousands of songs will use the feature at launch and that Ariana Grande, Maroon 5 and The Weeknd have been selected to offer tracks with Dolby Atmos support. Listeners will be able to listen to music using Spatial Audio, giving more depth and directionality to the audio that adapts when the user moves their head.

To use Spatial Audio, users must use headphones AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max or Beats equipped with H1 or W1 chip for wireless communication.
